Race Timing

We manage your event’s timing results in the most efficient manner. For this, we use top of the line UHF (Ultra High Frequency) RFID readers, antennas and bib tags combined with indigenous software makes highly efficient system. Our AI enabled software enables us to time any kind of race and is ready to deal with any situations that may arise during the race.
Race Bib is the most important article an athlete must carry to the race. Not just paper, it’s a race tool, highly technical in nature.
  • Event and athlete details; Bib number, Event name/Logo, Athlete Name and his race category
  • Details encoded in the RFID Tag
  • Organizer may choose to give space to sponsor’s logo at the bottom strip.
  • All athletes are expected to preserve their Bib nicely at-least till the event is over.
Race Timing
Venue layout the most sacred place within the race venue is Start-finish Line and must be given full respect. It should be accessible only as stated in the Race format.
If we treat the venue as a stadium, Start-Finish Line should be treated like the Pitch. It’s the most sacred space any running event can have. Both Athletes and organizing team must give full respect to the Start-finish line. We strongly recommend including us well in advance for planning this layout. Hence an organiser must take care of the following aspects while designing the race from Race Timing perspective:
  • Parking at venue must be planned in advance. Participants/vendors should have a separate entry/exit point. Under no circumstances the start-finish line should appear in any of these points.
  • All athletes are expected to preserve their Bib nicely at-least till the event is over.
  • Venue should have well defined boundaries. Well marked places/counters and enough space for participants to relax and recover after the race.
Race Timing
  • Bib Distribution; its recommended to set up a Bib Expo a day or two earlier than the race day, depending upon the number of bibs to be distributed. Organizers must avoid putting this counter on the race day at the venue as it can result in delay in flagging off the race and may choke your band width
  • Venue entrance, exit and start-finish mat placement; race venue should have multiple entry points, best two. Idea is to keep Start finish line away from the usual movement of runners in and out of the venue.
  • Holding area; runners gather here before and after the race. It comprises of Stage, Selfie point, Hydration, Refreshment and Medal Counters. Medical, Physio Stall, Sponsor stall

Route Planning

Race route marks the most important factor in deciding experience of participants. It should be simple, straight and easy to follow. Route markings must be well in place; strictly in sync with runners psyche. The complete route must be ear-marked completely using Mojos, cones and tapes so as to ensure safety of runners. Hydration support should be available at all strategic points. We must ensure that even the last runner gets the required support, even in the last phase of his race.

Route Management

There must be adequate number of Race Volunteers and Marshals to manage the race. Race Volunteers must be aware of tackling traffic along with the Race. Race Marshalls should be well versed with the route and be able to guide runners, if needed. They must also lead the races so that lead runners reach finish point through the decided route without any confusion.
