Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for cancellation of your subscription and apply for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


All cancellations must be requested before fifteen (15) days of the event date. To cancel your ticket, please email customer service at to obtain your Cancellation Authorization number and to start your process for the refund. 

REFUND is liable to refund 100% amount only on event participation bookings.

After receiving the Cancellation Authorization Number, we will contact you and process your refund. Please note that it may take upto fifteen (15) days from the day of cancellation of ticket to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
